We confirm scope and price in writing before work begins, after visiting the space.
Our services follow Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For services contracted at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days of contracting, under article 49 of the CDC, before the work is carried out.
Plants are living things; establishment depends on care and conditions after planting, which we explain at handover.
